These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreelanceTalentHub. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Roles

When you register, you choose to join as a Client (to post jobs and hire freelancers) or a Freelancer (to browse and apply to jobs). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Job Postings

Clients may submit job postings including a title, description, budget, job type, experience level, and reference images. All client-submitted jobs are reviewed by our team before becoming visible to freelancers. We reserve the right to reject or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.

3. Applications & Assignment

Freelancers may apply to any open job with a proposal and a proposed budget. Clients review applications and select a freelancer to assign. Once assigned, the client is responsible for marking the job as completed when the work is delivered to their satisfaction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post job listings or applications that are fraudulent, misleading, or unrelated to genuine freelance work.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent our review process or manipulate job or application statuses.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fees

Creating an account, posting jobs, and applying to jobs is free during the current phase of the platform. Any future changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Disclaimer

FreelanceTalentHub provides the platform "as is." We review job postings for basic quality and legitimacy but do not guarantee the outcome of any engagement between clients and freelancers.
